Obtained Planning Permission

Hedley Clark secured planning permission for an oast and barn conversion in Kent to provide 2no. dwellings with access, parking and gardens. This process involved demonstrating to the Local Planning Authority that employment uses were not appropriate for this location or building. The barns are currently being converted.

Obtained a Certificate of Lawfulness

We obtained a Certificate of Lawfulness for the use of a detached building in Hampshire as an independent dwelling with associated parking and garden space. The evidence submitted as part of the application included a number of Statutory Declarations, prepared by Hedley Clark.

Planning permission was secured for the construction of a detached implement/tool store for forestry purposes on Green Belt land in Surrey.

Project Management

We Project Managed, on behalf of a Local Planning Authority, major development proposals for two key sites for the provision of i) 250 dwellings and ii) up to 500 dwellings with other uses.
