Planning Applications

Planning Appeals

  • Preparation and submission of an appeal following the service of an enforcement notice

Enforcement

  • Establish if there has been a breach of planning control and/or if there is immunity from enforcement action
  • Prepare evidence in response to any investigations or demands for information from a Local Planning Authority

Local Planning Authorities

Hedley Clark has considerable experience of acting on behalf of a number of Local Planning Authorities on a diverse range of projects. The services offered include;

  • Acting as Case Officer for complex or controversial planning applications
  • Project management for complex planning applications
  • Acting as Case Officer for householder and minor planning applications
  • Undertaking appeals by way of written representations on behalf of Local Planning Authorities
  • Undertaking appeals by way of Hearings, including attendance at the Hearing, on behalf of Local Planning Authorities
